Guide for step 12

Bonus downloads

In the Bonus downloads step, you find additional reports and documents for your paper. Exports from earlier work steps are also collected here again.

This step is not another content-editing stage for your paper, but your download area: you save reports, interim versions and additional files that you may need later for review, documentation or your own archive.

1.

Why Bonus downloads matter

In short
Bonus downloads brings together additional documents such as the AI check report, PRISMA diagram, source analysis report and abstract, as well as exports from earlier steps. You download your final paper in the previous step Full text & Export.

2.

Which bonus documents you can find

Plagiarism report

The plagiarism report is a complete report with source matching. It can help you demonstrate the originality of your paper.

Important: A plagiarism scanner can also flag structural similarities or correctly marked direct quotations, especially longer quotations in footnotes. That is not automatically a concern. Review such passages in context and make sure the source, quotation marking and reference are cleanly set.

AI check report

The AI check report checks the humanized version of your paper. This version is the relevant one for further use because it is checked after humanization and should appear less AI-typical.

PRISMA diagram

If available, you can view and download a PRISMA diagram. If an edit link is visible, you can further adjust the diagram in the editor.

Source analysis report

The source analysis report summarizes your literature search: source ranking, citation distribution, trend analyses and recommendations, including tables and charts.

Abstract

The abstract can be downloaded as a separate document. If normal and humanized exports are available, you can choose between Standard and Humanized, each as PDF or DOCX.

Exports from the work steps

Further down, you find files from earlier steps collected again. This is practical if you want to save interim versions or documentation. The final PDF, Word, LaTeX and Google Docs files of your paper, however, belong in the Full text & Export step.

Source export (.bib / .ris)
Source overview
Proposal draft
Final proposal
Chapter structure
Content review

Source export

Literature data as BibTeX or RIS. This is helpful if you want to continue using the sources in a reference manager. Depending on your selection, the export can contain active sources or all sources.

Source overview

Contains bibliography, extracted content and evidence. Use it when you want to understand which sources were processed and how. Here, too, a distinction can be made between active sources and all sources.

Interim versions

Proposal, chapter structure and content review document important work stages before the final full text.

We are rooting for you!

Good luck with the final touches and with submitting your paper.
